Mandalay Convention Centre and Commercial Complex (MCCCC) is an integrated mixed-use development that will feature a modern convention center, a hotel, a shopping center, a 130-unit twin-block upmarket condominium as well as an office tower.
Situated in the city’s bustling commercial district, MCCCC is set to be Mandalay’s newest and most prominent icon and landmark. With conference facilities, an auditorium and vast exhibition halls, the convention center will be the first of its kind in Mandalay. The shopping center will also be one of the largest in Myanmar.
Residents of the luxury condominium apartments will enjoy a panoramic view of Mandalay Hill to the north, the plains to the south and also the magnificent sight of the eastern Shan mountains. Ground broken in 2014, Phase I of MCCCC - Mandalay Convention Center was officially opened on November 9, 2018.
